How can you, as a team or even as an entire organization, continue to deliver value in a rapidly changing environment? How can you do more with less time, fewer people, and lower costs in a stimulating way? How can you bring new services and products to market faster? This can be achieved by introducing the concept of the learning organization.
In the Ubuntu philosophy, I am because we are. We would like to put this into practice and show what we believe by inviting you to our next informal conversation/workshop as a ‘sharing participant’, not just a participant.
We would appreciate your feedback on our philosophy behind the concept of the learning organization, as well as feedback on a prototype app that aims to gather stories from people on a large scale, automatically visualize them, and facilitate interpretation and the creation of a roadmap through tagging and filtering.

We are organizing an informal ‘brain-pick’ session to explain our approach/ideas and collect, enrich and distribute ideas among the sharing participants regarding enhancing the learning and innovative capacity of teams/the organization.
